How does the tier system work?

Your tier is determined by either your one-time order quantity or your cumulative purchase total. For example, if you place a single order of 100 units, you immediately qualify for Enterprise tier benefits. Alternatively, if you make multiple smaller orders that total 100+ units over time, you'll automatically upgrade to Enterprise tier. Once you reach a tier, you keep those benefits!

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 units to qualify for the corporate gifting program and receive discount benefits. For orders below 10 units, please shop our regular collection at standard prices.

Can I upgrade my tier?

Yes! You can upgrade in two ways: (1) Place a one-time order that qualifies for a higher tier, or (2) Your tier automatically upgrades as your cumulative purchases reach the next threshold. For example, if you've ordered 80 units total and place a new 30-unit order, you'll automatically upgrade to the Growth tier (100+ units) and receive 20% off.

How do the volume discounts work?

Starter tier (10-49 units) receives 10% off, Growth tier (50-99 units) gets 15% off, and Enterprise tier (100+ units) receives 20% off. These discounts apply to all qualifying orders once you reach the tier, whether through a single large order or cumulative purchases.

Can I customize the gifts with our company logo?

Yes! We offer customization and branding options on most of our products. This includes adding your company logo, custom messages, and branded packaging. The level of customization available depends on your tier - Growth and Enterprise tiers have access to advanced branding options.

Do you offer payment terms for corporate clients?

Yes! Enterprise tier customers (100+ units) can qualify for NET 30 payment terms. For smaller orders, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Contact us to discuss payment options that work for your organization.
