Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, prepaid subscription, gift subscription, or other recurring delivery option. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can change, skip, pause, or cancel them.
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat flower deliveries based on the delivery frequency, duration, product type, delivery address, and subscription option selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment and subscription providers, and you will be charged according to the subscription option you select, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless they are canceled before the next renewal or billing date. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next scheduled billing date.
Some subscriptions may be offered as prepaid or gift subscriptions, such as subscriptions with a set number of deliveries. These may include, for example, 4-delivery, 8-delivery, or 12-delivery gift subscription options.
Prepaid and gift subscriptions are charged at checkout or according to the payment terms shown at the time of purchase. Deliveries will be scheduled according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.
Because flowers are fresh, perishable, and custom-prepared products, prepaid and gift subscription deliveries that have already been prepared, scheduled for dispatch, dispatched, or delivered are generally not eligible for refund.
You may manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email, subscription confirmation email, customer account, or subscription management portal.
Depending on the subscription settings available for your purchase, you may be able to update your payment method, change the delivery address, skip a delivery, pause a subscription, or cancel future deliveries.
Changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations must be made before the next order is processed, prepared, or scheduled for delivery. Because our products are perishable and require advance preparation, we recommend making any subscription changes at least 24–48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
If a subscription order has already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, that order generally cannot be canceled or refunded.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Flowers Valley LLC and our payment and subscription providers to store your payment method and charge it according to the subscription option selected at checkout.
For recurring subscriptions, you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you cancel, skip, or pause the subscription before the next order is processed.
If your payment method fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, contact you for updated payment information, pause the subscription, or cancel future deliveries.
You are responsible for keeping the delivery address, recipient name, recipient phone number, delivery instructions, and payment information accurate and up to date.
Flowers Valley LLC is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected subscription deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
If redelivery is possible, additional delivery fees may apply.
Flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable products, and availability may vary based on weather, seasonality, supplier availability, market conditions, flower quality, and color availability.
For subscription orders, Flowers Valley LLC may make substitutions at the florist’s discretion to ensure freshness, quality, and timely fulfillment. Substitutions will be made while preserving the overall style, value, and purpose of the subscription as closely as reasonably possible.
Substitutions do not automatically qualify a subscription order for a refund, replacement, or credit if the delivered arrangement is consistent with the subscription type, style, value, and purpose selected.
If a subscription delivery is not delivered, is delivered to the wrong address, arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered because of an error by a third-party delivery provider, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@theflowersvalley.com or +1 (707) 893-9581.
Please include your order number, subscription information, delivery address, photos if available, and a clear description of the issue. Because flowers are perishable and time-sensitive, delivery issues must be reported as soon as possible after the scheduled delivery time.
We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, redelivery, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
Subscription cancellations apply only to future deliveries that have not yet been processed, prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges or orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
Refunds for subscription orders are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because flowers and floral arrangements are fresh, perishable, and custom-prepared products, we are generally unable to offer refunds for subscription deliveries that have already been prepared or delivered.
