Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for floral arrangements that have already been delivered. Please double-check the delivery address before placing your order. For arrangements that have not yet been made, we can issue a refund if a request is made at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. If you experience a duplicate payment error, please contact our management team for assistance, and we will rectify the issue promptly.
