What’s included in a Flowers Valley flower subscription?
Each flower subscription features a hand-selected mix of seasonal flowers and year-round favorites arranged by our florists. Bouquets come with eco-friendly packaging and care instructions. The number of stems varies by plan: Atelier (10–16 stems), Haute Bloom (20–25 stems), and Collector's Edition (25–30 stems with premium artistic arrangements).
How often will flowers be delivered?
You can choose to receive your flowers weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), or monthly (every 4 weeks). Deliveries always arrive on the same weekday as your first scheduled order.
Do you deliver everywhere in the Bay Area?
Yes, we provide flower delivery within a 50-mile radius of our Concord, CA office (1170 Burnett Ave). This includes San Francisco, Alameda, Solano, Sonoma, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and San Jose counties. You can confirm delivery availability during checkout by entering your address.
Are there any delivery blackout dates?
We deliver six days a week, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
What happens if a flower variety is unavailable?
Because we use seasonal blooms, some varieties may not be available year-round. In those cases, our florists will provide a substitution of equal or greater value while preserving the design and overall look of your bouquet.
Do I get a vase with my subscription?
- Atelier & Haute Bloom Plans: A complimentary vase is included with every delivery.
- Collector's Edition Plan: Every delivery includes a new artistic vase designed for arrangements that cannot be easily recreated at home.
Can I opt out of receiving a vase?
The vase as part of the design and cannot be removed. You can return the vases to us and get the discount on your next delivery equal to the cost of the vases.
How does billing work?
Your payment method will be charged 3 days before each scheduled delivery. You can pay securely by credit card or PayPal.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions are completely flexible. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel anytime directly from your Flowers Valley account. There’s no minimum commitment.
Do subscribers commit to a minimum number of deliveries?
No. Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible—you can manage or cancel anytime.
