How does the gift flower subscription work?
You select the bouquet types (Atelier, Haute Bloom, or Collector's edition), how often it’s delivered (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and the number of deliveries (3,4, 6, 8, or 12). We take care of the rest — delivering fresh, stunning flowers straight to your recipient.
Is this a one-time gift or an ongoing subscription?
This is a prepaid, limited subscription — the recipient will receive 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 deliveries depending on your choice. It’s a thoughtful gift with a clear end date.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! You can add a personalized message at the Cart. We’ll include it with the first delivery so your recipient knows who it’s from.
Will the recipient know how many deliveries are included?
Not unless you tell them — we don’t include pricing or delivery counts unless requested. Want it to be a surprise? We’ll keep it that way.
Can the recipient customize the deliveries?
No need — all deliveries are managed by you, the gift-giver. However, you can contact us to update delivery details if needed.
What sizes are available and how many flowers come in each?
- Atelier: 10–16 stems – simple and elegant.
- Haute Bloom: 20–32 stems – our most popular size.
- Collector's edition: 35–45 stems – perfect for a big “wow” (includes designer vase with each delivery).
When will the flowers be delivered?
You choose the delivery frequency before selecting the number of deliveries. The first delivery is typically sent on the selected delivery date, and the rest follow on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
No problem — we use protective, eco-friendly packaging and leave the bouquet safely at the door. We also send delivery notifications.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, as long as it’s still within our Bay Area delivery zone. Just contact us before the next delivery goes out.
Is a vase really included?
Yes! A vase is included with each delivery. You can keep it or return it — your choice.
