Kristina was so helpful when I was not able to place an order for same day delivery online. She was able to adjust the order after placing my order so that it was delivered the same day. The flowers, candle and chocolates were successfully delivered and received on the same day! Exceptional service and quality products. I would highly recommend and order from them in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Karina from Flowers Valley who made our vision come to life. Honestly, I was the most indecisive bride throwing new curveballs left and right, but through it all, Karina handled all the changes with grace. Most importantly, she offered multiple design options for me to select from including 100% silk flowers, 50/50, and all real flowers to work within my price range since we were budget conscious from the beginning. She even shared a photo the day before my wedding of my bridal bouquet to make sure I was happy with how it turned out and made a few adjustments to meet my expectations.
